Nature > Natural space

The remarkable flora is typical of the Combe Lavaux, where southern submediterranian plants (southern side) meet prealpine and continental vegetation (northern side).

Animal life is also diverse, ranging from more common species, such as the roe deer, to the rare peregrine falcon that nests in the Combe Lavaux.

The Combe de Lavaux is the first natural reserve of the Cote-d'Or department.
Please respect the warning signs regarding the protection of this natural site.

The Sentier du Tacot is a new path, also accessible by bikes following 30 kms of former railway restored by the Gevrey-Chambertin city council.
